When should I renew my domain and hosting?
Please pay for renewals at least 30 days before the expiry date. If payment is not received in time, hosting services are suspended until the renewal is paid.
Who is responsible for website and email backups?
Clients are responsible for their own website and email backups. Download your email to your computer with Outlook or another mail app. Our server backups are for restoring the server after a hardware failure.
Can I register a .pk domain with you?
Yes. We register .pk and .com.pk domains for two years at a time, and the price is lower when you also host with us.
Can I get SSH access or a dedicated IP?
Yes. SSH shell access is Rs 1,000 per year and a dedicated IP address is Rs 1,670 per month.
Can I transfer my domain to XiberSoft?
Yes. A transfer keeps the time left on your registration and adds one year. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
